Stop Procrastinating!

Stop Procrastinating!

Have A Colorful Day!

This is common for many of us.  Sometimes you may feel it is difficult to make decisions.

Suggestion #1:  Every night go over your next day’s activities. Identify what affects your life most. Is it learning a new skill?  Improving your financial situation? Exercising more?  Sometimes, it is best to complete small tasks first and get them out of the way. Remember less clutter in your mind results in less stress!

Suggestion #2:  Push yourself.  Get uncomfortable!

Keep pushing yourself a bit more and more. Feel how it feels to be out of your comfort zone. Soon you will realize discomfort is temporary, and it is not so bad.  As a matter of fact, this feeling will help you push harder to improve your life and mental well being.

Suggestion #3:  Smile a lot!

Look at yourself in the mirror.  Make funny faces!  See how long you can stop yourself from smiling and laughing hard!

During the darkest time in your life help yourself in seeing rainbows and the light at the end of the tunnel. It is not as difficult as you may have thought.

Your mind is your greatest asset. Accept change and move on.
