For your convenience, the most common questions about hypnosis are answered here:
Q: What is hypnosis?
A: Hypnosis is a natural state of mind and body. We experience it at least twice every day; in the morning as we are waking up and at night as we are falling asleep.
Q: Do you go to sleep in hypnosis?
A: No! In hypnosis, you feel relaxed. To the outsider observing, you may appear asleep. However, you have complete control over your relaxed state. Your brain is in a hypnotic sleep. Whenever you desire, you can come out of hypnosis. You still hear everything and are aware of your surroundings.
Q: Does hypnosis control your mind?
A: Absolutely Not! This misinformation has been passed on through generations and dramatized for decades.
Q: Can you stay in hypnosis and not come out?
A: Absolutely Not! You can come out of this wonderful state of relaxed mind and body anytime you choose to.
Q: Can anyone be hypnotized?
A: Yes! Some will go into a deeper state naturally. Some will take a bit longer to go into a deeper stage of hypnosis.
Q: I saw a hypnosis show and it appeared that the hypnotist had complete control of the participants. Is that true?
A: The volunteers for a hypnosis show will not do anything that is against their nature or belief. When hypnotized, the volunteer is very relaxed and appears to be under the influence of the hypnotists. In reality, the volunteer would only react to suggestions that are comfortable to him or her.
Q: Can anyone learn to do self-hypnosis?
A: Absolutely! As mentioned earlier we already experience hypnosis at least twice every day. All you do is learn to accelerate the process.
Q: How long does it take to make a change through hypnosis?
A: Depends on you! Most of our clients will need 4 to 6 sessions. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you are ready for change. Generally, most people can make changes in their lives with a few sessions; providing they reinforce the change regularly. Remember it took you many years to develop and implement a change. Give yourself a little time to make the change permanent.
Q: Can I work with a hypnotherapist on emotional issues in conjunction with my therapist?
A: Yes you can! the hypnotherapist will need a referral from your therapist and your authorization to work with you.
Q: How do you do your sessions?
A: Hypnotherapy can be done via video (online using popular chat services), phone, and in person.

Become A Better Speaker & Overcome Your Fear of Public Speaking!
Have You experienced Stage Fright?
Do you want to become a better speaker?
For anyone reading this book, as much as public speaking may challenge you, you likely don’t have much of a problem with normal speaking in interactions at work, school, and in your social life. You may not be a perfect conversationalist, but you don’t break into a cold sweat just thinking about talking with coworkers, other students, or friends at a café.
Furthermore, you have probably encountered fear and dealt with it successfully many times. You are likely to have had a lot of practice conquering fear. Fear, in the guise of worry and concern, happens frequently as we go through life. We encounter new people in new situations that challenge us regularly. But when fear, concern, or worry confront us, we handle it. It may not always be easy, but we get past the fear because we need to do what we need to do to provide for our families, reach our educational goals, and make an impact on our communities. The fear may be strong at first, but it does not hold us back. We can see through the fear to what is important to us.
But, for many, public speaking is different. Our speaking skills, which are reasonably present in everyday life, deteriorate when faced with a microphone and a crowd, and our hard-won ability to deal with fear-inducing situations evaporates in front of an audience. Our speaking abilities shrink, and fear grows from manageable to overwhelming.
This painful combination of events makes us either avoid public speaking completely or creates a miserable experience when we do speak.
This book will show you:
•To be YOU! Become A Better Speaker!
•How To build your confidence so you can do better presentations.
•How to control, cope, and overcome your fears on stage.
•How to write a better speech.
•How to influence your audience.
