Make Your Life A Living Adventure...

I read this quote a few years back: "The secret of success is to go from mistake to mistake without losing your enthusiasm!" In reality life is a series of mistakes. The trick is to keep going till you find what makes you happy.

A big house, nice car, large screen TVs and money in the bank may be all that you need to make you feel satisfied in life; and that is perfectly fine. Or you may be one of those who feels restless regardless of how successful you are and how much money you have accumulated.

If you are part of the latter group you may feel something is definitely missing in your life. So, one sleepless night you get out of bed and book a trip to a far land.  When you get there you feel at home.  When you are back you cannot wait to go on to the next trip. Basic living quarters are all you need to rest at night.  You save your money so you can travel more and get away from the hectic pace of your city. You can live on less money.

New adventures surely beat the weekend getaways or the expensive restaurants. You are an adventurer!

It does not matter which group you belong to. If you have lived long enough you have already experienced the calm and the turbulence of daily living. Life has a funny way of making us humble. Just when you think you have it all figured out and have Plan B and Plan C in place something unexpected happens and new challenges present themselves. As you navigate through these ups and downs your outlook towards life changes.

Over the years and after conducting thousands of hours of sessions and seminars I have realized that most adventurers just want to explore. They know what they want in life and feel their best when they are traveling to new places. At times they are frustrated with negativity that family and friends bring upon them.

I always ask my clients this simple question: "Are you tortured enough and want nothing else at this point in your life but to feel comfort again and make a change?". The question is simple enough. But the answer may not be.  Sometimes, misery is very familiar to us and hard to let go, specially when it has been with us for a while.

The good news is that you are capable of letting go of destructive relationships and negative people. And it is much easier to change your life than you may imagine it to be.

Start by exercising and letting go of clutter. Travel. Make a plan that you know you can stick to.  If it is hard to do so, it is OK too.

There are many capable hypnotherapists, life coaches, neurolinguistic practitioners, homeopaths, psychologists and psychiatrists that can help you with your first step. Just remember that you are the one that should want to do this and no one can push you into it. Going back to my question again, are you ready for change? If the answer is yes, take the first step.  Get help. And go on an adventure!

BECOME A BETTER SPEAKER & OVERCOME YOUR FEAR OF PUBLIC SPEAKING!

Available in Kindle, Audiobook, Paperback & Hardcover on Amazon!

Hardcover is available at Barnes and Noble!

Have You experienced Stage Fright?

Do you want to become a better speaker?

For anyone reading this book, as much as public speaking may challenge you, you likely don’t have much of a problem with normal speaking in interactions at work, school, and in your social life. You may not be a perfect conversationalist, but you don’t break into a cold sweat just thinking about talking with coworkers, other students, or friends at a café.

Furthermore, you have probably encountered fear and dealt with it successfully many times. You are likely to have had a lot of practice conquering fear. Fear, in the guise of worry and concern, happens frequently as we go through life. We encounter new people in new situations that challenge us regularly. But when fear, concern, or worry confront us, we handle it. It may not always be easy, but we get past the fear because we need to do what we need to do to provide for our families, reach our educational goals, and make an impact on our communities. The fear may be strong at first, but it does not hold us back. We can see through the fear and find out what is important to us.

But, for many, public speaking is different. Our speaking skills, which are reasonably present in everyday life, deteriorate when faced with a microphone and a crowd, and our hard-won ability to deal with fear-inducing situations evaporates in front of an audience. Our speaking abilities shrink, and fear grows from manageable to overwhelming.

This painful combination of events makes us either avoid public speaking completely or creates a miserable experience when we do speak.

This book will show you:

•To be YOU! Become A Better Speaker!

•How To build your confidence so you can do better presentations.

•How to control, cope, and overcome your fears on stage.

•How to write a better speech.

•How to influence your audience.
